pesimo

no me fue de ninguna forma ya que ni siquiera me abrieron la puerta y tuve que ir a otro hotel. contacte al dueño y me dijo que la entrada era a las 3 sin embargo yo llegue a las 10 no habia nadie quien me abriera. estaba lloviendo y traia 4 maletas. pesimo servicio. hoteles.com no me da ninguna respuesta al respecto.
