Overall a good place to stay. Across the street from Roma Termini so the location was incredible. Walls are definitely thin and there were a few stains but overall, a good place to stay for the location. Staff was very helpful and allowed bag storage. Lots of counter space in the washrooms.

The Hotel is right in front of the busiest train station,easy to access if traveling to other cities in Italy. Clean, friendly and very helpful staff when it came to asking for directions. Beds were very comfortable is one of my worries when it comes to finding a Hotels. No noise at night, 24/7 front desk staff available. I highly recommend this hotel. 20 minutes walking distance to the Coliseum.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. For me, the location was ideal. Being right beside Termini Station made the transfer from the airport really easy and also being able to easily access the metro and buses at the terminus was really useful for getting around the city and returning to the hotel.

The property is very centrally located opposite to Roma Termini which is very convenient for travelling into city, Restaurants and Shops. The lift service to 5th floor had an issue during my stay. Breakfast was basic but good. A bread toaster would be good to get the bread warm.
