The hotel was super clean and modern. Staff was amazing and helped with every request I had including taxi service (as this hotel is about 15-20mins from the main city center). They helped organize tours and made sure our stay was welcoming. Pool area had lounge chairs and provided towels for guests. They offered food, drinks and gelato available for purchase. The spa was wonderful and had several packages for all types of budgets. My stay here was cozy and I would highly recommend.

There’s nothing else in the area so you have to eat at the hotel which is very expensive but top quality or you can head into town using the paid shuttle provided by the hotel or a 15minute walk to Casaletto station to get the tram. We really had a great two days at this hotel. Our flight home was unexpectedly cancelled and we had to find a place to stay for six people quickly. This hotel helped to make a stressful situation a bit easier. The facilities and pool were fantastic. We enjoyed the pizza and icecream and the rooms were large and comfortable. The location is a bit inconvenient but the hotel offers a shuttle to thr tourist zone.
