It was okay, bathroom water pressure low of shower.
And it’s noisy when open window.
Staff was good cooperative,
There is washing machine but it took long time to wash and dry no proper instructions for washer dryer.
Very well presented room very close to Termini station. Modern, clean finish inside an older building. The room had everything you might expect. Kettle, coffee, machine, mini fridge, safe, bed, etc.. Various food options nearby, and very convenient for public transport. Reasonably walkable to things like the Colosseum, Trevi fountain, etc, but some others need transport. The area is very busy, but the window kept the noise out. Numa mostly operate by providing a pin code for room access before arrival and so there is no need for check in. However, with the Italian ones there is a physical ID check needed, so you do need to achieve that first. Since there is no proper reception, there is a bell to get someone if they aren't currently present, but it had slipped off the table when I arrived so I felt a little lost for a while. But it did get sorted. I like that they have luggage cupboards should you need to arrive before room access or want to do some extra sightseeing on your departure day.
The staff are friendly and helpful, the room
was comfy, spacious and clean. Access to the hotel is digital, no need to have a key or card to enter the room.
The location of the hotel is very convenient as it is near the train, metro and the bus stops (only a few minutes away by
walking).
Very cool concept - almost everything is automated from check in via their app and the pin they give you but everything was quite seamless and there is a staff member available if you need help. Loved the amenities such as laundry and the locker storage room. Modern and clean design and location is very convenient to the train stop but the area doesn’t feel unsafe at all but we did not go out at night past 10pm so keep that in mind!
Place was easy to find, stone’s throw away from the main bus/train station. Plenty of shops and bar and restaurants at your finger tips. Rooms were perfectly clean and spacious, it had everything you needed and more. Would definitely stay again, based on the experience if I was traveling to a city where this company have a hotel or apartments I would definitely use them again.
there is no front desk and you have to go though a restaurant's front door and back door to enter and exit the hotel facility, but the room was modern and clean and it's super close to the station :)
Very small rooms, not family friendly, no room cleaning services and need to pay extra in case if you want it. Closed room, no air circulation, opening windows forced bad road smells to enter making uncomfortable to sleep at night. Unsafe area at night, people smoking weeds and giving creepy looks.
Would recommending paying a bit extra to stay at safe better hotels.

Checking in was a hustle. If you need to get a hold of or speak to someone have to go through “whatsup” and response takes a while.

We were looking for a decent, reasonably-priced hotel near the Termini and this hotel checked all the boxes. It’s essentially right across the street from the Termini, which is convenient for trips to and from the airport, taking trains outside Rome and use of the subway. While the lobby is uninspiring, the room was clean and spacious - it actually felt like a mini condo! There were a few minor maintenance issues but I corrected some of them myself. I wasn’t so sure about the self-serve concept at first (and the fact that there is sometimes an employee working a makeshift check-in counter in the lobby is testament that it’s not foolproof) but the Essentials Closet allows one to stock up on towels and miscellaneous items during your stay, even though the closet was bare on occasion. I would disregard the comments about the sketchy neighbourhood - there are numerous nice restaurants and shops outside the hotel and the area is well-populated. There are a few questionable characters near the Termini but that’s par for the course at any transportation terminal. I never felt unsafe walking around the hotel. Ultimately we had no regrets for choosing this hotel and found our stay to be quite comfortable.
Gutes Hotel in zentraler Lage.

I would never recommend staying here. There’s no front desk and no assistance. We arrived late after traveling all day. Walked in the room to find out we had no hot water and there was mold in the corners of the shower. The shower doors didn’t shut all the way, therefore the water went all over the floor. There was not enough towels for everyone and nobody to contact about getting more right away. We found several ants on the floor in the room and also found them in the bed. The hotel was contacted via whatsapp and received no response about getting a new room. Very disappointed about everything and spending money on this so called hotel.
