Neanche lontanamente comparabile ad una vera struttura 4 stelle. In un albergo in Italia non mi era mai capitato di avere negato un cappuccino per la prima colazione. Il microscopico televisore in camera con soli tre canali disponibili la vera perla finale

Die Zimmer waren sehr groß und das Bad hatte eine Badewanne. Man hatte auch einen guten Ausblick von der Hotelanlage aus. Das Frúhstúck ist in Italien ja immer ein bisschen dúrftig,aber es ist ausreichend.

The location it is fine, clean and welcoming . For 4 star hotel I was aspecting better breakfast options, and Christmas dacoration of the breakfast walls was reali ridiculous on April. It is a veri nice garden outside unkempt :( maybe next year.

Così così potrebbe fare meglio

Albergo carino in ottima posizione sulla Cassia. Struttura un po' vecchia ma abbastanza ben tenuta. Servirebbe un po' di ristrutturazione per renderlo più elegante e raffinato. Servizio in camera così così, asciugamani sporchi tolti ma non rimpiazzati. Phon mancante in bagno. Attaccapanni di fortuna con uno stendino per capi bagnati. Al check in non avevano la mia prenotazione anche se non ci sono stati problemi (in un periodo caldo forse sarebbe stato diverso). Colazione mediocre.

Une semaine vraiment pas terrible

Nous y avons passé une semaine cette année en septembre, nous déconseillons fortement cet hôtel qui ne mérite absolument pas ses 4 étoiles. D'ailleurs, dans le porche de l'entrée, deux des étoiles ont d'ores et déjà été grattées (par des clients insatisfaits ?). L'accueil est inférieur au niveau IBIS, il n'y a qu'un seul réceptionniste et il n'accorde aucune attention aux remarques que nous (ainsi que d'autres clients) avons formulées. La propreté de l’hôtel dans les lieux communs est plus que moyenne, les rideaux de l'entrée sont carrément sales. La grande terrasse extérieure est dégoûtante (des mégots qui traînent, des taches sur les tables, des fils électriques qui pendouillent, des chaises rouillées, des gobelets en plastique qui traînent). Dans la chambre, nous avons été accueillis par un gros mouton sous la porte d'entrée et il y est resté quelques jours. Le lavabo de la salle de bain était bouché, la propreté du bac de douche était moyenne. La salle de restaurant est vétuste (et encore, c'est gentil), le choix du buffet au petit-déjeuner était quasi inexistant, les croissants étaient entreposés dans des cageots en bois et il n'y avait pas de jus de fruits ni de fruits. Une machine à café sur les deux fonctionnait. En conclusion, pour le niveau de l'hôtel, le prix est complètement inadapté : nous avons en effet payé environ 90 € la nuit avec petit déjeuner.
