Compact accommodation with very comfortable bed. Tea and coffee making facilities with fridge and TV. Air conditioning- we couldn’t get it to work although we didn’t really need it as we were there late October. When we arrived we had to ring them to let them know and they gave us a couple of codes to get into the apartment, It would have been nice to have seen someone whilst we were there, but alas we didn’t. Very near to a lovely coffee shop and central/ near to all the major places of interest. (20 mins if that to the Coliseum and Vatican and 3 mins to Spanish Steps and Trevi ) You really don’t need a taxi in this city, walking through the streets is wonderful. All in all, would I stay here again, Absolutely for the money it was very reasonable. For info we took the train and metro from the airport and a taxi back which is what I would recommend.

Gorgeous property and wonderful convenience right near the trevi & Spanish steps. Staff was lovely and super helpful- when there was an issue with our room for just one of the nights they helped find us a comparable other option for the night and coordinated everything. We loved the comfy bed and hot shower!

This is a boutique hotel - It is a floor of singular rooms with en-suites. Location - Great location, we walked to all major attractions, including Vatican (50min). Felt very safe, was a busy area with shopping, food & drink spots. Room - very clean, everything you needed in the room. Cleaned and new towels everyday. Air con was an added boost. Nearly zero noise, which was exceptional on a busy street. We found the beds very comfortable. The only thing I was recommend is for guests to contact the hotel prior to attending to arrange your entry to the property. Do not leave it to the day of, give yourself a few days in advance to make these arrangements. The desk is not staffed 24/7. Only recommendation to the hotel - there was no way of securing your room door from the inside. We travel frequently and like to have this but it’s maybe personal preference.

The room was clean, and the staff was helpful & friendly. They helped us arrange a transfer to the airport for our early morning flight when we left. The front door is a little hard to find, it's a wooden door down a little alley. You have to buzz in so make sure you coordinate your arrival time with the staff. We had a nice little view out our window and it was very quiet for a good night's sleep.

Fantastic Stay – Highly Recommend! I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The location is perfect — close to everything I needed. The room was clean, the air conditioning worked great (which was a lifesaver in the heat), and the concierge was incredibly helpful and friendly.

This isn’t really a hotel. The room was clean and everything was new. The location was convenient to the metro, about 3 min walk. My only problem was the check in. The entrance isn’t marked very well and the GPS didn’t take us right to it. Then we had to call, which no one answered at first, so we called again, then we had to get on WhatsApp to get instructions on how to enter. I filtered hotels.com for hotels and booked without much research so I was surprised that it wasn’t actually a hotel. Again, it was clean, new bathroom, very spacious room, great location, no carpet (which I love) and air conditioning.

The room was clean, cozy and well-equipped, with thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. The location was perfect, close to many of Rome’s main attractions, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful. The hotel manager, Maryam, was helpful in reaching out via WhatsApp to arrange our airport pick-up service and recommend excellent options for a variety of dining options!

Our stay was very enjoyable. The hotel is nice and clean, close to all attractions as well as metro and busses, and reasonably priced. The check in process was smooth and pleasant thanks to Mona who got in touch with us in advance and got our room ready for our arrival.
