Nice host but the room didnt live up to my expectations. The images online were far more atractive than the reality. The room was on the lower end of the cost scale but there were a number of things that could easily be improved but havent been.

We had such a pleasant stay. Dina is so welcoming and super helpful. The breakfast was lovely and Dina makes the most delicious cappuccino! One of the comfiest beds we’ve slept in as well! The B&B is in a great location, just around the corner from a metro stop, the metro was ideal for us getting around the city and great value for money! We would stay here again if we return to Rome, I threw a couple of coins in the Trevi so who knows!

Quanto sei bella Roma!

Soggiorno di 4 notti nella bellissima città di Roma, la signora Dina ci ha accolti con calore, e' stata molto gentile e disponibile. Ottima colazione con cornetti freschi e cappuccino. Buona posizione per visitare Roma sia a piedi o con la metro A molto vicina alla struttura. Struttura consigliata!

Grazioso B&B comodo e confortevole

Ho soggiornato presso questo b&b pochi giorni fa e devo dire che mi sono trovata molto bene... Comodo alla metro, molto pulito e la proprietaria è davvero molto gentile e accogliente La colazione tutte le mattine è abbondante e con brioche fresche... Le poche camere rendono questo b&b molto intimo Grazie ancora

B&b molto carino in centro

B&b consigliato per chi vuole una sistemazione centrale con la tranquillità di una accoglienza familiare. La signora gentile e premurosa fa sentire i propri ospiti davvero a proprio agio. Vicino a tutto offre un grazioso giardinetto dove si gode una abbondante colazione e il sole di Roma. Molto consigliato!

HOT WATER PROBLEM

This B&B is in a quaint little apartment near St. John's basilica. We liked the location and the room was comfortable. Read the property's terms caarefully because we had to pay an extra 20 euro for arriving after 8 pm. We were in horrible traffic for over 4 hours which was beyond our control and the owner told us we should have left earlier. Our problem was with the hot water or lack thereof. The shower only has hot water for about 30 seconds before it turns cold. We informed one of the hosts about it right away and she was aware already. She said it was a problem for the whole building, it was only in the morning, and it would be fixed by the evening. It was not. The host was extremely defensive and contradicted herself. She seemed shocked by the water problem but then told us she had been working on fixing it for over a month. She knew it was broken before we arrived. As we were checking out she offered to let us shower in another room, which seemed like bizarre timing to me. Also breakfast is served on a cute patio but the gas heater ran out of fuel so we had cold breakfast in the rain after our cold showers. The second day it was fixed. If the hot water worked I might recommend this place to a friend. But the host literally said (I have screenshots to prove it) "These problems do not depend on me." Maybe I'm old fashioned but I think property owners need to take responsibility for their customers' comfort. Hot water is a very basic comfort.

1 block away to metro s. giovanni

Dina was all smiles everyday and offered great breakfast in the mornings along with her Italian caffes and espressos. Room was maintained and cleaned everyday as well. Also, one important note is Iocation - only a block away to Metro S. Giovanni. Overall, I had a great stay during my vacation at this place.

Schönes B&B, aber Mängel

Die Lage ist top, das Zimmer modern renoviert und im allgemeinen recht schön gestaltet. Das Duschen war jedoch eine unschöne Erfahrung. Die Wassertemperatur wechselte ständig zwischen heiß und kalt hin und her, der Brausekopf war sehr verkalkt, so dass nur einzelne Rinnsale heraus strömten und die Halterung ließ sich nicht arretieren, so dass man die Brause in der Hand halten mussten.

Excellent BnB

Dina is the most welcoming host. She goes out of her way to make sure that we were comfortable and that we got everything we needed. To be greeted in the morning by a happy host and a wonderful breakfast was a perfect way to start our Roman holiday. Her place was immaculate and the bed was comfortable. The people above us were quite loud, but we were often tired from all the walking and we learned to just ignore them. Dina gave us a map of the city and we walked to all the major attractions. Her place was conveniently located. Her husband was just as friendly. Wonderful couple who genuinely cares about their guests. I would definitely stay here again next time I’m in Rome. Thank you Dina!

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura per il fine settimana e mi sono trovato molto bene. L'accoglienza è stata cordialissima; la titolare è una giovane donna molto simpatica, con cui è piacevole conversare e che mi ha fornito tante informazioni utili per conoscere meglio la zona e visitare ciò che di interessante c'era da vedere. La mia camera era una matrimoniale con bagno interno, dotata di tutte le comodità. Molto ben riscaldata, soprattutto di sera (la mattina il radiatore nel bagno era spento, ad ogni modo io la doccia l'ho fatta di sera e non ho avvertito alcun disagio). La finestra della camera, che è leggermente interrata, affaccia al livello del marciapiede sulla strada; fortunatamente, essendo una via secondaria, non arrivano grandi rumori. Io ho dormito benissimo, anche grazie al letto molto comodo. Un po' di fastidio può derivare dalla mancanza di imposte; ci sono delle tende oscuranti ma non chiudono benissimo e un po' di luce dall'esterno arriva sempre (per me non è stato un problema, lo segnalo solo per chi ama dormire al buio completo). Struttura molto pulita, arredata con gusto, con un piccolo giardino dove viene organizzata la colazione (buona) a meno che le condizioni meteo non siano proibitive; in tal caso, la colazione viene fatta all'interno, ma non c'è molto spazio a disposizione, oppure in camera (su richiesta). A pochi passi c'è la fermata della metro S. Giovanni, molti locali e negozi. Ci tornerò sicuramente.
