Expresso coffee machine was out of order. The interior of the house is being renovated but it was not noisy. The location is very convenient and quite close to metro.

What on the name

Perhaps it's considered a luxury in Rome but we don't think so. It's a one bedroom apartment with a kitchen and a den. The first two days in Rome were rainy and cold but we couldn't turn the heater on. There was something looking like a termostat but it was dead. We called the lady who showed us the appartment but didn't get any response at all. The bathroom is really small. The beds we're OK, the furniture was good looking. The stairs to the den ( it's not a two bedroom but a bedroom and a den) has clear plexiglass barrier which I hit with elbow twice.

Get the feel of living in Rome

First, remember this is an apartment and not a luxury hotel. This is a really nice way to get a feel for what it is like to live in Rome. The location was very convenient for our purpose, which was to explore the vatican. There is an ATM/Bank right across the street, a supermarket (Punto Simply, Via Cola di Rienzo, 86c) 2-1/2 blocks. If you come out the front door & go left, to the corner and go left and go 2 blocks you will pass a restaurant that serves some English breakfast items and the Supermarket is another left half way down on the other side of the street. They even had a clothes washer in the room.
