Marta is the owner and she was very helpful through whats app. the property was clean had tea coffee cakes and water in the room. They cleaned the room everyday. clean towels and bedding. felt secured only people staying there knew the code to enter the building.

Great place to stay. Close to line A metro but also easy to walk to most of the major sites. Staff was very friendly! Everything was clean and well taken care of. Took 1 star off of amenities because wifi did not work.

Stayed three nights. Property was quaint, clean and property managers were quite helpful. Conveniently located close to Spanish Steps and Spagna train station. Many great restaurants and places to shop nearby. Would definitely stay there again!

Stay for the location but bring earplugs

Great location, walking distance to almost everything, and friendly owner. But the walls were extremely thin and therefore you heard everything that happened in the foajé, loud enough to wake you up. Cleaning was mediocre, the fan in the toilet was dusty and there was hair in the shower drain.

It’s an awesome little guesthouse tucked away in a very walkable area (3 mins from Spanish steps). Perfect for having a clean place to sleep and spending time exploring Rome.

The location of the guest house was very convenient to the center of Rome. We were near the Spanish steps. Lots and lots of dining options around the location. Very easy check-in. We took advantage of getting transportation to and from the airport with them, and everything worked out perfectly. Would definitely stay there again.

The rooms were exceptionally clean and lovely, and the location was superb. Marta was incredibly kind and accommodating. She provided clear instructions for check-in and even organized an airport pick-up for us. We will definitely choose to stay here again.

Room had great character, with high wood beamed ceiling, in what had been a granary probably a hundred years ago. It was in a very central and walkable location, really close to the Spanish Steps.

Nice hotel and great location

It was a very nice hotel in a great location. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the breakfast was very nice, served by our window. You cannot beat the location, so close to Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain. We will stay here again and definitely in this area.

Perfect location and charming hotel

Excellent location and a lovely little hotel/B&B. Room was clean, comfy bed. Easy to get in contact with Marta via Whatsapp for questions such as arrival arrangement or taxi service. We had no breakfast included but the area is excellent when it come to restaurants and coffe shops. Walking distance to many of the famous sites however would recommend to walk regardless, Rome is best discovered on foot.
