"We had a great stay at Premier Inn London Dagenham. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our visit. "Before travelling I emailed to confirm that there were electric charging points at the hotel, I was informed they had charging points. What I wasn’t told was that 5 coaches would be parked in front of them for the duration of my stay. I had to pay £10 per day for parking and had to use the charging station at the petrol station. I chose this hotel based on the availability of charging units. I will not be using this hotel again. Not even a kettle in the room to make a brew!"

"The overall stay was good , with clean and well presented room . Only thing which I noticed was it’s an old building and the rooms electric infrastructure is dated . There are no usb charging port on the electric switches . I was really surprised and as I was not carrying the plugs , had to buy 2 plugs to get the charging going for the gadgets . The rooms are around £145 per night approx with No USB charging port really ……!! shocking !!!"
