"This hotel was rundown and in an industrial park. Our room smelled of cigarette smoke. The bed linens were stained and very worn. Our tub was filthy and the wooden headboard has greasy handprints all over it! Yuck! Do not recommend "

"Very disappointed for the price. Room was clean, but there was no staff to run the amenities that I booked for; no shuttle to the airport AND no one to make breakfast, so the breakfast option was out. HOWEVER, they still charged full price, which is unacceptable"

"The bed was comfortable but the hotel was a hot mess. Waited over an hour for Valet parking with six cars in front of us, went for Morgan Wallen but tired to check in before… check in was at 4pm but our room wasn’t ready until almost 8pm. In the morning we waited almost 30 minutes for a bagel that they lost track off at the cafe. For how much month we paid for this room it was just a joke. You can’t tell me they don’t have major events every weekend being this close to Lucas Oil. "
