"I’d like to write something bad to ensure that I always can get a room here … but I won’t. The rooms are so unique and the bathroom was huge. The free breakfast was perfect and had something for everyone. We arrived past midnight and the overnight staff was super friendly. They have free bottles of water and a water refill station too. It’s about a 10 minute walk to the baseball a football stadium AND 15 minutes (in the opposite direction) to the famous Pike Place market. Plenty of places to eat and get a drink too. There is a Bread of Life nearby which provides resources to those less fortunate. The crowd may look different than expected at times but we did not have any issues at all."

"The staff were very friendly and helpful with the valet ! only one elevator was working while we were there but it wasn't too bad. the room was super clean and spacious! and it's tons to do around the area of the hotel!"

"Staff is excellent and the hotel is beautiful. Unfortunately the room was dirty, including food remnants on numerous surfaces and bathrobes with visible stains. Not good enough for a Fairmont, probably won't come back."

"Sam checked us in and he was awesome. We were there for a girls weekend from Spokane and he upgraded us to a suite and allowed us to check in early. "

"Location was convenient to train station, Pioneer Square, the new Waterfront walkway, and King St Station. Food in the hotel restaurant is excellent. Comfortable Nature Library."
