Le sobra una estrella

La comida deja bastante que desear para ser un hotel de 4 estrellas. La limpieza de la habitación no muy buena, cuando entramos a la habitación había un melocotón debajo de la cama, la TV tenía varios restregó es de haber pasado el trapo húmedo y no secarlo, el espejo le pasaba lo mismo. La ubicación del toallero del lavabo está de tal forma que te pegas con el brazo cuando estás en la taza y tienes que hacer maniobras.

Ha sido una estancia satisfactoria sin dudarlo. Felicitar a los trabajadores por la labor que hacen, en todo momento les he visto hacer un gran esfuerzo por satisfacer a los clienres aunque creo que la falta de mas personal (en especial en el salon comedor) hubiera facilitado un mejor funcionamiento. Como critica constructiva seria conseguir mas variedad en las comidas, de acuerdo que creo que debe haber pasta todos los dias pero que siempre sea con tomate, me parece un poco absurdo, con lo facil que podia ser tener la pasta sin salsa y que el cliente elija entre alguna que otra variedad( tomate, carbonara, queso, setas, pesto....) de lo mas rico los postres.

Bien pero poco control seguridad covid

Me encanta este hotel , la piscina, la comida, el personal, la animación... Este año lo único que ha empañado un poco la estancia es la situación sanitaria actual. Hemos estado del 3al 9 de agosto. De lunes a jueves muy bien pues había poca gente pero a partir del viernes muchas más gente y no me gustó la cantidad de gente que había en el comedor (a tope) y en la piscina donde no se guardaba la distancia y nadie hacía nada por solucionarlo. Se lo llegué a decir al socorrista (que llevaba la mascarilla quitada siempre) y me dijo que con tanta gente era imposible controlar lo de las distancias. La verdad eso no me gustó y opté por salir del recinto de la piscina.

Cómodo para ir a la playa

Muy cerca de la playa. Puedes ir andando em meno de 5 minutos. Apartamento limpio, con todas las comodidades. Vista a la piscina con terraza donde puedes disfrutar de los espectáculos que hay por la noche. Este año ,por el covid , hay poca gente y se puede guardar distancias fácilmente y we se agradece el espacio disponible entre personas. Piscina grande y limpia. Comida buena y variada.

Apartment accommodation was very good, overall emphasis was towards the Spanish pensioners who were with "Imerso" packages. Buffet meals were very much geared to that market, limited choice and in the main very basic. Otherwise, good location for time of year and good accommodation.

Dont waste your money, book somewhere else

Rooms are a good size but small when they have 2 kingsized beds in it. Furnishings old and outdated and in need of replacing as all damaged. As winter, even though it was hot you could not put air conditioning on and no fans available. Reception suggested we open the patio door. Cats fighting all night so no sleep. Really pleased to leave this hotel.

Great Location with good facilities

Located just 2 minute walk from restaurants and bars, 5 minutes fromthe beach. Food is only warm, that is the only down side, great choice though.

We only stayed over for one night but enjoyed ourselves very much. Everybody was very helpful and the Hotel was situated in a central position. Thank you all for our stay.

We stayed in a 1 bed apartment which was more than spacious enough for our needs. We were surprised that it even had a corkscrew. We stayed on a half board basis and were pleased that there was cava for breakfast. The food may not have been of the best quality, but there was plenty of choice. The drinks were expensive, so we didn't bother. The hotel in November is frequented by a large number of Spanish oaps.

Anlage sehr schön, Lage auch gut , wenn auch nicht direkt am Meer. Poolanlage schön. Zimmer einfach, etwas in die Jahre gekommen, Sauberkeit der Zimmer verbesserungswürdig. Check in easy und Preis unschlagbar , daher ingesamt gut . Frühstück hatten wir nicht , daher kann das Restaurant nicht beurteilt werden. Würden sicher noch mal buchen .
