Loved the friendliness and the ease of getting about. Lovely quaint town that has retained its history and tradition. I will return to both Roscommon and The Abbey Hotel and will recommend both to others.

"This was our son’s wedding venue and it was fabulous. The staff were amazing, facilities excellent and we had a very enjoyable, happy time. The food and service were excellent and the sun came out for the occasion. Highly recommend this hotel."

"We booked two rooms at this property only to be told upon arrival that they had misread the booking and only were in a position to give us one room, this was due to the fact they had just sold the other room, good way of making extra money. We did ask the hotel for a return on the other rooms cost ..."
