"I will post the pictures of the flat and they will speak for themselves.
Pro- location
Cons
- flat with strong smell of cigarette,
- no shampoo or shower gel (so expect to have to go out to buy the basics )
- half roll of toilet paper (again, remember to pack toilet paper, as this place does not provide it for your staying)
- stains on everything, covers, sofa, pillows. A bit disgusting as you don’t know if things are clean or just haven’t been washed properly.
- hair from previous guests on...

"After being let down by an Airbnb we booked this in Expedia and arrived about 30 minutes later. The welcome at the hotel is excellent, gorgeous lobby area, beautiful scent and well air conditioned. The hotel is currently being refurbished but it doesn’t interfere at all. The rooms are beautiful and well air conditioned. Very comfortable too.
There is an excellent breakfast that is approx €25 per adult and free for kids which was a great start for our day. There is a shuttle bus that goes every 30 minutes to Disney and back - this was invaluable - precise brilliant service.
The hotel grounds are beautiful - they have a play park for the kids, cycle paths and rental bikes. We wish we had stayed longer! We are delighted to have stumbled upon this hotel. We will definitely stay again."
"My stay was incredible. However, the discrepancies between the posted shuttle schedule at the front desk and the actual schedule were hard to deal with. Created some issues trying to go back and forth to the parks. Other than that, no issues."
"The temperature in the room was intensely hot & the small window only opened a couple of inches.
Frustratingly there was a large window right next to it that we weren't able to open and the handles had been removed. Staff stated this was law. It was a first floor room. I understand the danger, but it is also dangerous to expose people- especially young children and babies to such intense heat.
It was so hot it made us feel physically unwell.
There was no air con which to be fair we wouldn't normally use anyway even in hotter places we have traveled to (but then they have always had opening windows) I wouldn’t recommend staying here when the weather is hot.
The room had a ceiling fan & we were given other fans but it was just circulating hot air."
"Empire state club level- excellent check in. Friendly staff. Gave us a nice coffee and hot choc for the kids. We loved our stay and the room was cleaned daily and water bottles replenished. Gorgeous hotel in general.
Only.negative is the outside pool didnt open till 12... it was so hot and we really wanted to get outside by 10/10.30. The changing rooms also needed to be cleaned a bit more after uses. It was always a bit dirty by 2 ish.
The afternoon tea was lovely but slow service. We would have preferred a buffet to get what we needed and get out quicker.
Overall, a MARVELlous stay and was a short 10 min walk to the parks"
"A wonderful Disney hotel where the magic begins even before you enter the parks!
The indoor and outdoor pools were a huge hit with our kids, especially during the hot summer days. We also loved dining at Hunters Grill, which offers an excellent buffet selection for both breakfast and dinner.
The location is fantastic—about a 10-minute walk to Disneyland and even closer to Disney Village. The complimentary shuttle service is another great convenience.
One important note for families: the room occupancy information on Expedia can be a bit misleading. While it states that children are welcome, a family can only stay in one room if there are four guests, or if the third child is under 3 years old. If you are a family of five and your youngest child is older than 3, you will be required to book an additional room. This detail is not clearly explained during the booking process, and I think it's important for families with three or more children to be aware of it before booking.
Unfortunately, we had to make last-minute arrangements for one member of our family, which was disappointing and added unnecessary stress to our trip. Just be sure to double-check the occupancy rules if you're traveling with three or more children."
"A charming little B&B conveniently located near Disneyland. The property was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The breakfast offered a nice variety of options and was a great way to start the day.
One feature we particularly appreciated was the option to purchase a packed lunch for an additional fee—perfect for a day at the parks or a picnic on the go. Overall, this is an excellent choice for budget-conscious travelers looking for a pleasant and affordable stay. Highly recommended!"
