"The staff at the front desk were very nice and helpful during the check in process. Breakfast was delicious and staff was friendly and always wearing a smile and greeting on your way in and out. Tables were always clean and food was abundant at all times, even in the busiest hour.
Our room was in the 5th floor, facing the pier/beach. It was gorgeous!! I could see the sunrise while drinking my morning coffee (I am going to miss that). The room itself was okay; it was big enough for my 3 kids and...

"Requested a 7th floor room, was told I had one, got to the motel, I got a 5th floor room.
Tries to add a night through the front desk, was told nothing available so not able to do so. The website showed 5 rooms available. Booked it online, went to the desk to requested the same room. The manager was very accommodating, gave us the same room so we didnt have to me. Not sure why the staff person I talked to first was unable/or unwilling to do so.
Other than those things, stay was great....

"Our room 302 did not have air-conditioning on when we arrived. We turned it on and it did not cool the room. The sheets are rough. The pillows are terrible. And the bedsheet smelled like wet dog. We told the front desk who just looked at us.
I laid in bed for three hours, trying to cool off. Horrible stay. Wish I had saved my money."
