"The stay was great. The ONLY thing that sucked was on our floor (6th) someone must have thrown away a dirty diaper out by the elevators and it stunk for the last 24 hrs of our stay every time wewfr our room. That was not fun. For someone to do that is horrible but also for no staff to smell it and figure it out and take care of it was weird."

"Communication was terrible, honestly the place is really nice but the people in the room downstairs were really loud the view was of the seven eleven, the fees were more than the room cost per night and they have unrealistic cleaning expectations given the fees. "

"Super convenient location for skiing in Park City"

"Clean, and convenient. No on site office but someone always answered to help using the office number. We were able to rent skis right in the resort area, and were right near a ski lift so the ski in ski out was super convenient. The view was spectacular. It was nice to have front row seats of the mountain. Bring an eye mask and ear plugs though because you will hear the grooming machines in the middle of the night and they have bright lights. WiFi signal was inadequate so we could not connect...

"It was nice. Check in was a breeze. One thing that I wasn't infor.ed of until I checked in was that you're only allowed one vehicle per guest. Its $20 a day for any other vehicles and the parking situation is very annoying. Other than that, I recommend it."

"Great access to the ski lifts and the multiple hot tubs and sauna/steam rooms were very enjoyable. Our second floor room had a great view of the ski jumps from our balcony. The room was quite dated and water pressure issues created a very loud and exhausting noise during the entirety of the shower being used. The ceilings were also very thin and we were woken constantly at night and each morning by the 3rd floor residents. "

"This property needs a lot of help. They need more signs to direct people where things are in the hotel. It took us forever just to find our room. They definitely need more lighting in the garage. And the front desk could be a little more attentive and and friendly. We liked our room, but it took forever just to get the TV to come on in for someone to come up and make it work. We really appreciated the shuttle service to Main Street in Park city. The driver was very friendly and very helpful. "

"We LOVED our stay at West Gate in Park City, Utah! My husband and I got married on his birthday and West Gate hooked us up. They made our day so special—we felt like resort royalty. Our condo was clean, cozy and comfortable. We had the best view in the house—a pine-flanked balcony overlooking the outdoor pool. Okay. Can I tell you how beautiful this was??!! Wow. Wow. Wow. "Peaceful views from kitchen/dining area. Balcony larger then it looks in photos. Large spacious open living/kitchen area. King room-comfortable bed/bedding. 2nd room fits 5. This room has beautiful view of trees and creek. Location is quiet. 6 min drive into Park City, 15 min drive to Jordanelle State Park ( lake ). The property is in a quiet neighborhood. Be aware that the garage is low. If you have a large truck it won’t fit. Parking around property is limited. A trailer w toys won’t fit...
