"Vanvittig dårlig vejvisning, vi ledte rundt i sammenlagt 25 minutter, før vi fandt indgangen. Vi tænkte, at vi da umuligt kunne sove i stationsbygningen (som var under ombygning) lige op og ned ad togbanen, men jo. Døren var meget svær at få låst op, og da vi endelig kom ind var der 29,3 grader i lejligheden (kl. 1 om natten). Der var ikke redt seng til vores 2 (sovende) børn, så det kunne vi lige starte med. Det var svært at sove for larm med alle vinduer på fuld gab, der var meget trafik og...

"Very modern, very clean and only 300m away from the center of Karlsruhe-Mühlburg, with a few restaurants and bars / cafés and a good bakery at nearby Kaiserallee. The accomodation was also very quite. Only one small issue existed: The TV cable-receiver box was apparently left in disorder and did not work at first. But I could fix it, so that TV was working as well."

"I found the Thermostat to be very confusing. I believe a small sign with a brief explanation on how it works and how to adjust it would be appropriate and very helpful. Maybe one of those QR codes that carries you to different languages to explain. I’m 65 years old and never seen anything like it. More options on something to eat other than just pizza in a little oven would be nice. Maybe some cold cut sandwiches."
