"We loved this place! Right on the main strip in the middle of the action! Room was clean and work for four of us. Breakfast was excellent and way too much food. Loved the town and the shopping!"

"Convenience: located within the medieval walls of Rothenburg. The valet parked our car, and we walked everywhere. Close to restaurants, activities, and shops. Runs a little like a BNB. Beautiful: the area is gorgeous, and the hotel is 750+ years old, which makes it charming and interesting. Food: dinner is amazing - the best meal we had in Germany and Austria on a 2-week trip. "We were visiting during a heat wave in Europe. This hotel is a historic building so there is no AC. The young man that works there made sure we had 2 fans which were helpful. The breakfast was great. The WiFi was not great. Other than that, this hotel is a short walk from the train station and perfect location inside the medieval wall. I would definitely go back-- just not during a heat wave again."

"My room was confirmed on expedia, however when I called the owner, first of all, it was the incorrect number that they posted on Expedia (It was the restaurant number at the Hotel and they were not willing to find the correct number for me) Secondly, the owner called me back on what's app, and said he cancelled my reservation because the amount I paid on Expedia was not enough. "Large room and comfortable bed with clean sheets and towels. There is no AC and although we had a fan it was very hot. Parking is a short walk away and 12€ per night. Shower wasn’t draining properly. Great location."

"Susan and her family have a wonderful guest house. It was clean, she was so kind, Breakfast was great and we had everything we needed in our 3 rooms that we had. Located conveniently close to everything, including both the central part of the city and the outer wall. We would definitely stay here again if we were to come back, and would reccomend it to others as well!"

"Excellent location and beautiful hotel. We were there during the heat wave and there’s no AC. It was probably 80 degrees in our room. The staff was very nice to give us an extra table fan but it was still very hot until 4 am when it cooled off outside. We opened all of the windows and propped the front door. It was cooler in the hallway than our room. I would still stay there again, we might just buy our own fans next time."
