"I booked this Hotel in February 2026 ...received a Booking Confirmation from Hotels.com... I am disabled and my friend more so ... we arrived in Rothesay, Bute ...to find the Hotel was closed ..and had been since December 2025 ..... and as Wedding on at Mount Stuart ..for 350+ guests ...no accommodation ..."
