Upon arriving, was greeted very warmly by the couple at the reception. Was given my room key and then showed where it was. room was very spacious. The bathroom was a tight squeeze to get into ( I am a big guy ). Free noodles ( complimentary ) was a great addition to the room. unfortunately, the dining room was getting some work done to it so was offered to have it brought to my room. Not the best breakfast supplied ( as was not asked what I was after or required ). Water pressure in the shower was great. Bed was comfy.

Very nice location, only 5 minutes walk to the Waterfront or dining area. Very friendly and nice staff, the room was spacious and very clean. Would stay there again anytime.

The owners are amazingly kind and generous. Loved the central location of the hotel, clean rooms, wonderful breakfast. Highly recommend.

Fantastic Service

This place is clean, central and well priced. Ideal for a business traveller or tourist staying for a few nights. The building/rooms are a little older but well maintained. The receptionist was exceptional so polite, knowledgeable and efficient.

BEST Staff Ever

The BEST staff ever. Helpful, pleasant, wonderful. The hotel is showing it's age a bit, but still, free coffee & noodles in the room. I wonderful free cooked breakfast. Free parking & Wifi. And right smack dab in the middle of town.

Great management, good stay!

Great management. They welcomed me with a drink and to carry my bags up the stairs. Super nice couple. The room was spacious with free waters, milk, coffee/tea, and cup of noodles. The beds were comfortable, shower strong but drain slow. Free Breakfast was good and massage chairs were nice.

The room looks look like on the picture, bed is comfortable, clean, there is microwave, tee, hot chocolate, soup. In the bathroom there are shampoo and soap, enough towels. There is calm, silent. We had a lovely overnight at Grand Treasure.

Great location and good complimentary breakfast. A little noisy on the street at night on a weekend (baby had a hard time sleeping until the live music was done at 1 AM).

Not just close to town centre it’s actually in the town centre. Lots of places to eat nearby. Great breakfast provided

Staff is very nice and helping but property needs improvements. Air conditioning noise is terrible and toilet needs urgent updating. Location is perfect , just in the middle of everything. Breakfast needs occidental food ,this means cheese, ham, croissants,etc

Very convenient location for food and lake front. Friendly staff. Place is still being renovated so it still looks a bit old. Breakfast is ok, more Asian style.

The Grabd Treasure is just that a treasure! The staff here are so amazing I needed to stay extra nights as my wife was in hospital and this was no problem at all they even made me lunch for while waiting. The complimentary breakfast is amazing plus add on bottled water and noddles in the rooms going that extra step. I just can not say how wonderful the family that owns this place are. They go the extra mile for everyone helping with anything they can on places to visit, tours and every little thing they can. I have never known any place like this just awesome! Thank you so much.
