The apartment was nice with comfortable beds and a full kitchen, however there were a number of issues. There was no off-street parking as advertised. The garage has been blocked off and then I noticed the last part of the welcome email stated to park on the street. (The next door apartment was vacant so we parked in the driveway.) The patio and BBQ area was neglected and dirty with lots of cobwebs making the area unusable. There were lots of other smaller issues: lots of marks on the walls and furniture, laminate on dining table was peeling, no Netflix as advertised, shower screen leaked badly, the garage smelt mouldy because it has the washer/dryer with no ventilation, and the list goes on... In my view this accommodation is best described as a basic family apartment.

At least it had a garage

Just be aware the photos for the apartments were taken when they were new and fresh. We did not find the unit in a clean condition, even after all the warning signs about fines, which are a little off putting. Positives, plenty of room, and manged to squeeze car into garage.

Do not stay here! The dirtiest place i have ever seen. There where spiders all over the walls and ceilings. We booked for two nights and didnt stay one. I can't believe we fell for this. No partial refund was issued or apology or explanation given. This is the first review i have ever written positive or negative. I felt that people need to know so they dont walk into what we did.

For the price paid - no sky tv , no tv main room . Low on towels, no bathroom soaps. Low on toilet paper . Sign saying there will be a charge of 50 dollars if dishes were not washed . House wasn’t very tidy . Kitchen stunk . No one to come maintain the rooms . Should of had a daily cleaner . Very disappointed. Won’t book again

Location was very good but luxury apartment looking very tired. Many lights in kitchen not working. No light on kitchen hob extractor. Some light fittings actually missing in kitchen and stairs. Obvious leak in bathroom wall causing water on floor in toilet.No oven dish to actually use oven.Enough glasses for 5 but beds for 6!! Not enough in luxery appartment. Bathroom extractors poorly functioning- I love steam! Rotorua has so much to offer but not here.Limited maintenance made it look unclean and knocked around

The apartment I stayed in was very spacious. It had all the amenities I needed for my stay. The dishwasher, washer and dryer in the apartment was very convenient. Having a locked garage for parking is a great addition to the apartment as well. The rooms were very clean when I arrived. I also liked that there was an outdoor dining option available with a private patio and a bbq. What I didn't like about the apartment I stayed in was we were below another apartment and you can here them walking around.

This property was fine for a night. Location is great. The garage was too small for a Ford Mondeo which is not a big car so we did street parking. The dryer did not work. We were hoping to dry towels after a late night at the spa. Otherwise the space was nice. Larger than expected.

Nice stay...

Great location in center of town, comfortable sleeping arrangements and it was great having a full kitchen and washer/dryer as well as a garage for the vehicle. Only area for improvement that i'll mention is that the tv/living area could use more seating... Overall, very good!

Everything was clean and comfy We had courtyard view - whilst that view was disappointing everything else in apartment was great.

Not really a 3 bedroom

The 3rd bedroom is actually a open upstairs lounge open to the stair well and the only access to the 2nd bedroom is going thru this area, so no privacy. The apartment was over 3 levels large layout with level short walk to all amenities.

Apartment in City Centre close to lake

Was initially hard to get hold of someone to get check in details. Directions to property were easy to find. The place was not very clean, we had to wash utensils and mugs. Were disappointed to find out that servicing was an extra cost which wasn't advertised. Place was large and suited our needs.
