"The room was very clean and in great condition. The bed was super comfy and the pillows were nice and plush. The closet was a huge walk in style so I was able to unpack and not have to feel like living out of a luggage bag. I loved the in room refrigerator. The shower was powerful and luxurious. Internet connected easy and was a good speed for working. Being an American speaking English only all staff was kind and spoke English for me. I felt right at home."

Owner kind enough to sell me a beer even though restaurant had closed. She found me a charger for my IPad, Room was small but comfortable, clean and priced well. Book early, this hotel is popular and fills up fast."

"I had a big problem getting the key to the room. There was no note or message to explain how to get the key. I tried to call several times but there was no answer. It was a most challenging experience."

"Zimmer wie im Krankenhaus und sehr kalt. Obwohl Heizung auf 5. Sehr harte und dünne Matratze, sehr dünne Decke. Sehr weite Wege. Entgegen der Beschreibung kein Restaurant vorhanden. Pool erst ab 20:00uhr nutzbar. Sauna nur gegen Aufpreis. Frühstück sehr überschaubar und keine 15€ Wert. "

"Excellent hotel, friendly staff, clean rooms. Small kitchen, unfortunately without microwave. Hotel is located in a very quiet but beautiful surrounding. Not much to do in the village of Schöneck, so for restaurants or shopping you need to take a trip."
