"Room was very hot but that is normal for Europe so i did not hate them for it however it was hard for me to sleep. Staff was very kind but could not accommodate us with a double/queen bed so we had those annoying two twin beds together….. it was a good stay otherwise. Did not use the onsite sauna."

"The room was very clean and had a good amount of space. One of the main reasons I chose here was because one of the amenities listed is that they have “Laundry Service”. I requested an iron to iron my clothes because I was just going to do it myself and was told no. The next morning I went back and asked if they had laundry service…again, no. People traveling for work look for these amenities and expect that they will be able to look presentable after having their clothing packed for days on end. So this was a major inconvenience. However, the property itself was very nice. I personally wouldn’t stay here again for that reason but that may not be important to others"
