最悪のホテル

チェックイン時間の３0分前に到着。以後、3時間も待ったが、ホテルの扉が開かれることはなかった。 この間、掲示する番号に電話をかけたが、応答なく、予定した観光はすべて断念。 他のホテルを急遽予約して、無宿の難をまぬかれた。 最悪！

Très mauvaise literie obsolète

Bon rapport qualité prix mais literie volètement défoncée et molle : je n’ai pas pu dormir car trop mal au dos. Il faut investir et renouveler sur la literie car on s´enfonce avec des parties où c’est carrément des trous au niveau du bassin...dommage. Environnement très brouillant.

Bons lits mais........

Bonjour Ce qui nous a surtout dérangés, c’est que rien n’est précisé au moment de la réservation. La chambre est au 3ème étage sans ascenseur, pas génant quand on est en forme, mais pénible quand on a mal aux hanche. Il y a bien une salle de bain-wc, mais sur le palier ce qui n’est ni pratique, ni agréable. Sur 4 luminaires, un seul fonctionne. La télé ne capte que 4 ou 5 chaînes et est ridiculement petite. C’est un vieil hôtel donc bruyant. Comme dans « la guerre des boutons », « j’aurais su, j’aurais pas v’nu ». A. Loison

Hôtel bien placé

Des problèmes techniques ont gâché mon séjour dommage pour un hôtel bien placé. Des petit-déjeuners bien servis et un accueil sympathique.

Prestation médiocre

La chambre en elle-même est de proportion correcte et la literie n'est pas mauvaise. Par contre l'équipement est sommaire, télévision petit écran avec une seule chaîne en réception. La salle de bain est très petite et vieille. Joints noircie. Surtout pas de chauffage! Enfin si, avec un chauffage d'appoint qui n'est pas possible de laisser en fonction car trop bruyant.

Ooh-la-la...Sisley!

The Sisley Hotel has a great location -- close to all the historic sites and attractions, and an easy walk from the train station. This hotel oozes with old French charm and character...and with modern bathrooms! Quiet and comfortable; just wish the check-in time was before 4:00.

Plus jamais !

Une propreté toute relative, des interrupteurs connectés à rien, des placards ouverts et infermables dans le couloir avec des câbles qui dépassent, un hôtel qui semble tenir debout (au sens propre) par miracle. Accueil froid, départ froid où nous nous sommes sentis jetés dehors.

uitstekend gelegen hotel nabij centrum (op loopafstand). Parkeren, tegen betaling, is ook goed geregeld. Comfort van de kamer is minder, zoals kleine badkamer.

ルーアンの観光が徒歩圏内

昔の映画に出てくるようなレトロな雰囲気で、階段もギシギシと味のあるものでした。部屋も浴室もリフォームされててキレイでしたよ。ルーアン駅からも徒歩圏内だし、ジャンヌダルク教会や大時計等の観光施設も徒歩圏内でしたよ。ただひとつ、チェックインが16時00分からなので早く到着し過ぎると荷物を持って歩かなければならないので、ちょっとツライかな。日本と違ってティッシュペーパーBOXは置いてません。フランスは紙が高いそうです。

飯店位在市中心，交通很方便，離火車站也很近，飯店還不錯，房間乾淨度OK，床也舒適，只是飯店裡沒有電梯，比較不方便。

séjour en solo dans cet hôtel simple bien situé de très bon rapport qualité / prix . très propre . très bonne réactivité aux demandes des clients. J'y retournerai lors d'un prochain séjour à Rouen.
