"Our room was filled with cigarette smoke coming from the vents and connecting doors. We had booked a non-smoking room and also read on the website that the building is smoke free. But, when we tried to change rooms, we were told the property was full. Our baby developed a cough and we all had sore throats and burning eyes. Staff told us different things about the hotel policy: one said we had been placed on a smoking floor and another said the hotel is smoke free. Our problem was only fixed the...

"Cet hôtel ne dispose pas de piscine incluse : il faut payer un supplément exorbitant de 6000 dinars par personne et par jour. Autant dire que la facture grimpe très vite.
Le petit-déjeuner est catastrophique : pain sec, produits basiques, aucune spécialité locale… on se croirait plus dans une cantine que dans un hôtel.
À cela s’ajoute le vacarme incessant des avions et de la discothèque voisine, rendant les nuits quasi impossibles.
Le personnel à la réception se montre peu serviable et incapable...

"Sa situation extraordinaire qui donne directement sur l’artère principale Didouche Mourad, on peut s’y promener jusqu’à la grande poste et sites historiques où c’est pas mal animée. Le métro est a deux pas et les arrêts de bus aussi, la gare de train un peu plus bas.
