"A very friendly welcome the moment we arrived. Lovely hosts, nothing too much trouble. Lovely comfortable bedroom, brilliant outside garden area to sit with a drink, and good variety of options for breakfast. Great personal touch. Would head straight back here if in Torbay again."

"The property had a lot of history, the staff where very friendly, very quiet also,we did not use all of the facilities but they were there if needed, the marina and shops were all close by. Lovely hotel. Thanks"

"Location is amazing - right by the station, the beach and the festival we were attending. Hotel bar is gorgeous but swimming pool area needs some attention and more loungers. Rooms at the top of the hotel are incredibly hot but a fan is provided (we only found that the next morning!). Staff are super ..."
