"When I’m booking my room I was pumped cause it looked sooo NICE! We get there & the outside looks NICE! We get our first room, yes our first room, & I go to the bathroom & there is HAIR EVERYWHERE! In the bottom of the shower, on the walls of the shower, on the shower curtain, on the floor, on the “clean” towels. The floor was sticky like someone spilled juice on it. My husband & I went down to the office & asked to switch rooms & they did. They upgraded our room & we walked in & it looked great. We sat all our stuff down & I started to look around. My eyes got huge, I yelled for my husband & yelled “they have roaches, BIG ONES”. I counted one roach, two roach, three roach, four roach on the floor. They were dead roaches but they were present. My husband pulled the tv stand out to check for live ones & a straw with drug paraphernalia dropped out from the back of the fridge.
This was the worst experience of my life. It was midnight, we drove all day & was exhausted.
They had no other rooms to move us to so we were kind of just out of luck at that point.
Not a good experience to experience when going on a two days getaway trip for your wedding anniversary."
