"The staff is great, very welcoming and friendly. Michael gave us the information we needed to enjoy our visit to Rethymno. The Hotel provides great recommendations, very clean rooms, and a fantastic breakfast in the morning. Parking on the street can be difficult but the location and this hotel is worth the effort. "If you want to relax and enjoy the beach then this place is perfect. We enjoyed having a kitchenette so that when we wanted a little break from the beach, we could quickly go back to our room and have a snack. The staff always ensured that our room was clean and if we needed anything then they were able to assist us (ex. Calling a taxi or printing a voucher). "

"Room was great, comfy bed! Loved the veranda & tub with great views. Everything you needed was there. Breakfast was delicious at Living Room - huge portions! Contact with them was excellent & Kalliopi was fantastic, so attentive to our needs she is a credit to you! Arranged return taxi & some bits for us on arrival. Lovely complimentary bottle of wine. Can’t wait to return, was one of the best stays we’ve had in 25+ years of travel."

"Beautiful setting and our room on 8th floor had amazing views over the sea and of the forteza. The room itself was very spacious with a separate good size bedroom with plenty of storage and open plan living room/kitchen area.
