"This is a very old building, that should be either completely remodeled or torn down. How this hotel gets a high rating for anyone makes no sense. It is a very low budget place on the level of a dirtbag hostel. I would never go back. They don’t even make coffee in the restaurant. It comes to you with a cup of hot water and some instant. I actually left after the first night, even though I had paid for two."

"The property itself was OK, very clean, nicely decorated. There wasn't any internet. I was able to connect to the wifi after finally finding the password, but there was not any internet available. The worst part about the stay though was the poor directions to the property. The initial directions I received was wrong, it sent me to the opposite side of town. I attempted to call the property owner, but no answer. I found a different address when I did a search for the condo name, but that also took me to a different area of town and another wrong address. Attempted to call the owner again and still no answer. After two hours of complete confusion, I found a way to possibly text the owner. When I opened it, I found a welcome text with the correct address. From the time I arrived in Davao, it took over two and a half hours to find the condo and to get checked in. It was the most frustrating process I've ever had and I've stayed at hundreds of these types of rentals. Just to be fair, because I don't really know whose fault it was for the wrong address, but I booked this through Expedia. "
