Quick one nigh stay. Great views of city with easy access. Next to thermal spa but didn't use. Great restaurant and wine list. Close to other local bars and restaurants

Classy Hotel

Lovely hotel in a nice French Town. I wasn’t expecting a hotel of this level when booking it. Great room actually two rooms and excellent staff who parked my car in their internal car park.

We had the most wonderful welcome with reserved parking. Rooms were excellent and the staff friendly and obliging. We did not use the spa facilties as it was just a one night stop.

Beautiful hotel just outside Clermont Ferrand with easy parking and an excellent fine dining restaurant. We didn’t try the spa but enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool.

5 star hotel from the 80s. No gym

5 star hotel from the 80s. It’s still well maintained but it’s definitely a blast from the past. No gym was disappointing. Very nice staff

Arrivée le lundi 27 octobre 2025 à 15h45, nous avons attendu 5 bonnes minutes avant que quelqu'un ne se présente à l'accueil accompagné de la sonnerie du téléphone qui n'arrêtait pas. La double porte, proche de l'accueil est recouverte d'un velours rose dont les contours sont noircis par la saleté. La chambre est rangée mais pas totalement parfaite, des taches sur le mur, "les papiers peints seraient à refaire. Les peignoirs fournies sont hors d'usage, des fils pendent et ils sont rêches et de petites tailles (je fait du xl). Durant la nuit j'ai fait un malaise et mon épouse à appelé le 15. Cinq personnes, ambulanciers, docteurs, infirmier, sont intervenus et mon gentiment transporté aux urgences de Clermont Ferrand. (même eux ont constaté que les pampilles des luminaires dans le couloir était tenu par du vulgaire fil de fer. Pour un hôtel 5 étoiles soit disant élégant il ne faut pas être trop regardant. Là ou j'ai le plus de regret, c'est qu'en tant que client, qui paie une chambre 186 €, ils auraient pu se renseigner sur mon état de santé, un simple message. Même pas, rien, quelle considération pour leurs clients ! Je ne vous dit pas bravo.

Hôtel confortable mais on cherche les 5 étoiles

Hôtel confortable mais n’étant pas du tout au standing des 5 étoiles affichées et à la déco totalement dépassée. L’hôtel met en avant la piscine / espace bain sur toutes ses photos et cela est très trompeur et mensonger car l’hôtel n’en possède pas. Il faut se rendre dans un centre aquatique PAYANT à coté. Les chambres sont confortables et spacieuses. Le personnel est sympathique mais le professionnalisme n’y est pas pour un 5 étoiles. Le petit déjeuner est facturé au prix fort, malgré un choix un peu maigre et des produits d’une qualité très moyennes comme des crêpes totalement froides.
