"We absolutely loved our hotel room. It was quaint, clean, and charming. The staff was friendly amd welcoming. The room was not where we checked in but a member of the staff walked us to it. We would definitely stay here again!"

"The hotel's location is right in front of Le Mont Saint Michel, and you have a free bus that takes you to the castle. The hotel definitely used an interior designer's help, and it looks pretty, not like a plain hotel room. The only tip I can give is that the food during breakfast must be covered. It is painful to see flies over those fresh croissants. It is a rural location, and you can't avoid flies, but they should not be on your food. I guess no one takes this food, and it is wasted. Easy to fix."

"Great location, very helpful staff, breakfast was okay. Would have been nice to have a dinner restaurant in the hotel. We struggled with the language barrier when dining around town. Had the best meal of our entire trip at the American Hotel and Restaurant (very close to hotel) - need to be aware that the good ones close for a couple of days a week."

"I've traveled to almost every country in Europe and when I say this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at I mean this is the worst hotel you could possibly stay at. For 3 summer months out of the year they don't have air conditioning in the rooms or the general hotel itself. The staff is rude and unprofessional. I saw some people what appeared to be having heat stroke. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Have I stayed in bad hotels? Sure. Have I ever stayed in a worse hotel outside of a motel. Absolutely not. It was dirty climbing with bugs everywhere. You cannot ear or drink without having insects all over you snd your food smothering you. For a place that gets that much business you would think they would afford air conditioning in the summer months. It was 93 depressed and in the month of May when I went. I eventually left 5 hours later and went down the street to a place that was ¹/4th the price and had A/C and staff was actually friendly and place was clean. HIGHLY HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND."

"Property is listed as A/C conditioning equipped, not all, this is a misleading statement. No A/C at the Property. No refrigerator either. Location is excellent!!!, Mount Saint Michel at walking distance!!!, breakfast is overrated, small variety and market items, not local made. Parking is plenty at the property. Pay as you go through the gate."

"The check-in time is not very convenient. Guests can only enter from 5pm, and check-out is at 10am, which feels quite restrictive for a short stay. The swimming pool is also quite limited in terms of usage. If you arrive at check-in time, you only have around two hours to enjoy it, as it closes at 7pm. This makes it difficult to properly make use of the facilities, especially for travellers who want to relax after arriving."
