"Clean room"

"The room was not clean. upkeep is lacking, wallpaper coming off the walls and coffee was spilled all over the toilet upon our check in. would stay at a nicer hotel. The extra deadbolt security lock is absent on the door"

"Die Lage des Hotels war gut und sehr praktisch. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist der kostenlose Parkplatz, der für uns ein großes Plus war. Die Zimmer waren von der Ausstattung her modern und ansprechend. Leider war die Hellhörigkeit der Zimmer ein erheblicher Minuspunkt. Die Wände waren so dünn, dass man wirklich von einer starken Lärmbelastung sprechen muss. Wir konnten jedes einzelne Wort aus dem Nachbarzimmer verstehen und wurden dadurch mehrfach gestört. Eine erholsame Nachtruhe war so...

"The hotel was very well priced for the time we stayed, with excellent amenities, and very helpful and professional staff"

"Walking distance to the airport was the main reason for me to stay here. It served its purpose. Only 6 min of walking, no depending on shuttle and they also provided carts for luggage. Clean property and comfy beds. Personally for me it was too modern, individually round freestanding shower and toilet in the middle of the room looked like portals from star trek which was awkward. Sink was freestanding . Ipad in room was the controller for tv, blinds, color choices, lights etc. Not a complaint...

"Mooie, ruime en schone kamer met goede badkamer. Balkon van mijn kamer had uitzicht op een binnentuin met water. Korte afstand met de auto naar Leiden. Ontbijt was redelijk goed, maar heb betere bij andere van der Valk gehad voor tevens een betere prijs."

"We love staying at the Leeuwenhorst. It has a lot to offer. Free parking, it has beautiful woods behind the hotel for exercise and walks. The breakfast buffet has tons of good breakfast options. The sauna and gym is great to have on-site. It is located close to Noordwijk aan Zee."

"The biggest problem was our booking information or the hotel did not input it as when we arrived they had no information on us Lucky we had our receipt. They managed to give us a room with some adjusting. Staff were excellent - room needed some attention"
