"Wonderful hotel. Very helpful staff- they helped arrange a Duoro valley tour on Jan 1st, when our other tour guide cancelled at the last minute. The room was spacious, with nice bathrooms. The best part was the indoor swimming pool, sauna and steam room. Plus it was in the heart of the city, so we walked to all the local destinations. Highly recommend. "

"The property makes creative use of its small space in the historic area. We enjoyed our balcony view of the city from our studio. Fresh and new inside with a Roman wall in the back. Staff is wonderful and genuinely helpful. Breakfast is good too. But do not plan to drive or park there. The road is very narrow. We left our car at a nearby parking garage. Wonderful location in the walkable historic district near the river."

"Not only the OCA Flores hotel was perfectly located on a pedestrian street (cabs are allowed to drive on these street to drop you off) in the middle of Porto, but the staff was wonderful. They offered tons of valuable advices such as things to do (one of our favorite was to walk all the way to the beach town and take the old cable car back), transportation options (the Sao Bento train station is a 10 minutes walk and allows you to reach the main train station), and dinner options. "We felt so welcome, and had a comfortable stay. The friendly concierge Inéz took time to introduce us the city and gave us the valuable recommendations . The location was right next to the historic train station, and it was also close to the meeting spot of our day tour to Douro River excursion. "

"Arco Apartments is a true gem in Porto. The location is fantastic, right by the old city in a unique historic Arc and stairs. While the stairs can be a bit challenging, there’s a wonderful wine bar next door that makes for a perfect pause. The apartment itself is beautifully designed, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything needed in the kitchen. The cute patio was a lovely bonus. A perfect blend of charm, style, and convenience. Highly recommended."
