"Breakfast was outstanding. Lots of quirky art work makes the hotel very interesting and rather exciting to be in. The staff were fantastic. We were there in a heatwave, Aircon in room just about adequate. Very well connected transport 100 bus takes you to the Brandenburg gate and alexanderplatz in a few minutes. We really enjoyed this hotel and we would definitely return. Checkin is via an electronic screen . However we chose to use the guest care desk and very pleased that we did as we were treated very respectfully and politely. There is a park opposite that is slightly scruffy but there are some excellent eateries around eg Japanese eat all you can and well worth a visit is doner game for cheaper eats. "

" I liked everything, I just didn't like it when I spoke to the manager about the refrigerator not working and he was very curt in his response. I think he could have been more polite when saying that the refrigerator in the room wasn't working."
