"Terrible service and terrible stay. Checked in on a Friday and my A/C didn’t work. Room felt like 80 degrees all night. Called the desk and they told me they couldn’t get another for another day and they don’t have fans. Saturday I’m begging for someone to look at the A/C. After the 10th attempt of me calling and go downstairs I’m told it’s broken and I can get a fan from the cleaners. Which they don’t clean your room or replace towels everyday even if you hit the button for service. Terrible communication! "

"Good size room, spotless clean, wi-fi was occasionally slow. Staff at reception very nice and efficient. Excellent access to public transit and quick easy walk to Velodrome. Main complaint is air conditioning lacking and although it was cool at night window barely opened to cool down room. Room service stops too early. Also no USB charger port in room. "

"Room was clean, recommend 2 keys so one can be used for the power at the entrance. Staff were very friendly. Spa does not open until 2pm, it would have been nice to use it in the morning."
