"I had a fantastic stay at Essential by Dorint in Düsseldorf. The hotel is brand new, having opened just two months ago, and it truly shows. The entire facility is immaculate and beautifully maintained. The staff were exceptionally helpful and welcoming, making the experience even more enjoyable. There’s also an on-site bar and restaurant, both of which served very good food and added great convenience to the stay. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely choose to stay here again....

The parking entrance is a bit hidden, would easily missed for the first time. €15/night Laundry service available operates via an app. It provides self dispensed laundry detergent within the cycle. Close to tram station. Many grocery stores within 5 min walking distance."

"Das Personal ist echt engagiert und hilfsbereit. Besonders der junge Mann im Frühstückssaal ist super fleißig und hat alles im Blick und Griff. Die Zimmerreinigung bei Ankunft müsste bisschen ordentlicher sein, bei Ankunft lag noch eine Zahnbürste in der Dusche samt Zahnpasta und eine angebissene Pizza lag im Karton auf dem Schrank, guckte aber deutlich rüber, daher habe ich sie sofort gesehen. Ich würde das Hotel aber jederzeit wieder buchen 👍 Die Einstellung der Mitarbeiter ist super. "
