"Paid Too Much to Feel unwelcome We stayed for 3 nights as a family of 4 during our summer holiday, with children aged 2 and 11. From arrival, we were warmly welcomed by a friendly receptionist who showed us to our room. The room was spacious, comfortable, and had a truly wonderful view. We have travelled extensively in Tyrol and have always appreciated the region’s famous hospitality. Unfortunately, our experience here did not fully meet those expectations. During our stay, the room was only...

Top Rumo Hotel Reviews

Parkhotel Laurin

10/10 Excellent

"Beautiful historic hotel just steps from the train station and three minutes walk to the central square. Beautifully maintained with a stunning green area with pool. I lived there tradition without pretended. Great breakfast. Helpful staff."

Hotel Unterinnerhof

10/10 Excellent

"The staff were exceptionally attentive and helpful from the moment of our arrival. They showed us how to walk to get good views of the Rosengarten peaks for the alpinglow at sunset. Breakfast was great, and the staff offered help finding items we might be looking for. Good music in the bar, nice atmosphere. Beautiful views, well worth the twisty drive up from Bolsano, and great value compared to any other lodgings in Bolsano. A great find-I recommend it highly!"

Hotel Chalet Al Foss (Adults Only)

Ideal Park

"Fantastic breakfast. An abundance of amenities that were greatly spread out and not overcrowded. Fantastic stay"

Castel Rundegg

10/10 Excellent

"Absolutely beautiful hotel in a stunning location a short walk away from the centre of Merano town (or a short bus ride) up a hill looking over the mountains. The view is beautiful, and you can sit in the gardens on sunny days and admire the beautiful hotel, mountains, and gardens. The team at the hotel were all exceptionally friendly, warm and helpful. The spa was fantastic, and lovely facilities like two pools and a sauna/steam room. The team went above to make us feel very welcome. Thank you!"
