"Courteous front desk. Clean room. Staff woke me up at 6.30am on Saturday to borrow the electric kettle in my room!!! Of course I didn’t open in case it was a ruse for robbery. No management staff at 10am to make a complaint to. Receptionist called kitchen staff and all denied knocking on my door. Hotel did not find my Expedia reservation on Friday during check in. "The hotel has been renovated and feels much improved compared to my previous stay. The rooms and overall ambiance are pleasant, and I felt safe throughout my visit. The only area that could use some improvement is the restaurant service, as the staff seemed a bit unresponsive at times, possibly due to a heavy workload. However, if I overlook the occasional delay in service, the overall experience was positive. I would consider staying here again and would recommend it to others looking for a comfortable and safe stay."
