"The resort is a must if you have kids or toddlers as it caters to their needs and yours as a parent. The food was mostly good. Staff friendly. Lots of things to do for all age groups. Very clean. Visiting during off peak season is recommended. "

The Guest Experience Manager, Shane Haslam, truly stands out. He knows exactly how to make guests feel valued and satisfied. He is always smiling, consistently checks in to see how you’re doing, and no matter the question, he always has a solution. That kind of leadership really shows—his team works well together, and the respect among them is clear. From Daveen at check-in, to Devon Davidson who escorted us, and Shane personally attending to our needs, the service was exceptional across the board. The bar service, overall hospitality, and attention to detail made the entire stay phenomenal. I highly recommend giving them the opportunity—go experience it for yourself. You won’t be disappointed."
