"Use of swimming pool was complimentary and nice"

"The room was clean and tidy, staff were pleasant and helpful. The food in the restaurant was good and varied. The only drawback for us was the lack of a cooked breakfast. I didn't like the continental offering, There was however a fridge in the room. We took our dog with us for which we paid 35 pounds there was nothing provided for the dog"

"The property was not that clean. Cobwebs on most curtains and in other areas. Its sleeps 5 people but only enough crockery for 4 and half of the plates had cracks. ( i do have photos). Over all a disappointment."

"The Hotel looked excellent - unfortunately we weren't able to stay there - why? Because the hotel was closed for refurbishment - and EXPEDIA failed to notify us prior to travelling - and also EXPEDIA refused to share our phone number with the hotel so they were unable to inform us in advance of our arrival - fortunately the hotel staff were able to assist us in gettinga ccomodation nearby. "We had a lovely 2 night stay, it was clean and had everything we need including a nice big bed! Breakfast was beautiful also."

"Apartment was clean and well resourced. On-site swimming pool was clean, with jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. Staff were very helpful and communication through text message was excellent. Parking was in a main car park at the top of a very hilly site with a 40 yard walk to carry luggage up and down a fairly steep hill."
