"I stayed at BWP for 5 days. Without doubt I can say the staff here is the best hotel staff I have seen in over 40 years of travelling. The service orientation across the board from greeting staff, bell boys, reception, house keeping, room service, cafeterias, etc is unmatched. "Room had bugs, I was tired so i went to sleep for barely 2 hours in 3 days but i was waking up itchy everyday, When I looked closely there was about 1000 bugs on the bed and behind. When I asked them about what tf this was? they responded “why are you 3 people in the room” I got super mad and showed them i booked for 3 why does it not have an extra bed? Then the lady looked and was like maybe you dropped something sweet. I don’t eat sugar. Neither was my cousin, as we were in the room to sleep for an hour and leave after 1-2 hours. Terrible place. I have videos of the bugs freeroaming the room. Room was never clean in the first place. then the manager came and told me to not post the video and I’ll be refunded, I can careless about a refund after 1 whole week This is a terrible place to be at. Don’t stay here if you dont want bed bugs."
