"Rooms need work—appeared the door had been previously pried into, gaps along the doorway. There was also a large gap at the base of the door so when maintenance personnel was hosing down the walkways, water was spraying into our room at the base of the door. Sink was backing up so we relied on using the faucet from the bathtub. If you are on a budget then this is where to stay. Basically a bed, towels, and shampoo— that’s it. No hangers. "Walked into the room and it smelled like smoke and saw a cockroach in the bathroom. We left all the lights on for our whole stay and made sure nothing was left out of our suitcase. I did not see any bed bugs which is another thing I was worried about. I went to Walmart and bought sealable vacuum bags & the vacuum that comes with for our clothes.
Room was not very clean. There was crumbs on floor and shower the tub was very slippery. "

"Excellent breakfast, friendly staff, excellent location to Phoenix Airport and Cubs ballpark. We took advantage of a super discount for a room for a week. Unfortunately, you get what you pay for in that regards. Small closet, well loved couch with huge stain, noisy air conditioner, worn wooden drawers. Only 3 small drawers and very small sink. Friends who have Hyatt loyalty points loved their room. The bed was comfortable though."
