Location! Location! Location! Stunning one bedroom apartment (faced onto carpark) however this WAS NOT AN ISSUE. How can you fault an apartment that is clean, crisp, modern, secure & has all the basics required! Located right on the main road amidst retail shops & eateries with a very short walk across the road to the beaches of Rye. Excellent communication with Venue organisers. HIGHLY recommended

Loved the master bath and openess of the suite

The apartment (unit 4) is great-wonderful bathroom, beautiful décor, spacious, well equipped and a very comfortable bed. The view across to the park to the beach is very nice and the deck is generous. The only downside is that although it may have the best location in Rye it is located in a commercial strip and Rye was not as appealing to us as other villages in the region. Although it was a wild schoolie week we did not hear any of the action - perhaps due to windy and wet weather one of the nights. The location is very good for exploring the peninsula including Red Hill wineries and the beach in front is especially appealing for children.

Stylish Apartment

Great communication so access was easy. Property very clean and modern. Has everything we needed. We also had a little issue getting the TV to work and the property manager was around to fix it very promptly.

Great !

Basically no service after checkin as pretty much everything is self-served. However the apartment is so nice, clean and neat with beautiful sea view from the balcony. Subway and liquor shop are just downstairs. Woolworths is 8 min walk. Horse ride is 10 min drive and many others in 30min drive. We stayed in apartment 2 which there’s only the 2nd floor being accessed from a long stairs entered from ground floor. That would be very inconvenient for heavy luggage. The kitchen is well equiped but lack of consumables like salt,foil...etc. Electric heat cooking range is not good enough if you expect serious cooking. They have cream for coffee and capsule that is good for quick coffee in the morning.

The apartment was beautiful, clean and modern. The owners were friendly, polite and prompt with all information we needed to check in. There was also lots of information available at the apartment about things to do. We loved our stay and will definitely stay again.

A lovely apartment for family stay

It's a wonderful experience. The house is modern and well-equipped with beautiful interior design. There are lot of seasonings and equipment for cooking. The apartment is also equipped with a lot of card games for playing as well. The view is wonderful and facing the beach with a nice balcony. We parked our car and enjoyed the high security of this apartment. There are lots of restaurants nearby and the supermarket is only with few minutes of driving from the apartment. The owner has sent us warm welcome during the first day and subsequent day. She is very kind and helpful. I have no doubt to select this as my future choice of return and recommend to the others. By the way, the sales of the wine shop under the building is very nice and the shop offers a very convenience and good choice for wine selection.

Easter in Rye

From the moment we arrived we knew we had booked a special place. It exceeded our expectations from the minute we opened the door and the stair well lit up,to the giant living area, to the retreat like bedrooms. We loved our Easter breakfast on the terrace and the bay view was wonderful. Thankyou for the Easter chocolate treat that was left at our door. We would recommend this place to others. We were a group of 6 adults and loved everything it had to offer.

Close to the beach. Nice room

Nice light clean studio. Big shower. Very comfy bed with nice soft linen. We didn't meet any hotel staff, but I called and left a message and they called me back on the same day which was good. No mini bar food or alcohol, but they did have a small thing of milk and some capsule coffee and teas. We didn't realise Rye was a bit dead this time of year, if you're looking for a bit more of a night life I would recommend going in summer. We missed the carnival. But on the plus side, we weren't over run with other tourists and could easily find a car park where ever we went.

2 days in Rye.

Apartment was beautifully furnished. Spotlessly clean. Only concern was lack of power points. Had a lovely 2 days. Would stay again.

Great location: opposite beach, playground & pier

Lovely accommodation. Very clean , great amenities, comfortable beds, tastefully decorated. Good sized living area. Upon arrival my heart sank - from the outside entrance (which is via a lane way) the exterior looks awful and weathered. As soon as we walked through the door and up the steep staircase, you forget about the outside and are wowed by the contrast clean, modern interior. We loved it and would definitely rent it again!

ロビーがないのでチェックインは当日メールのやり取りで、ゲートと部屋の暗証番号を受け取るシステムです。事前に詳細を知らされなかったので、本当に困りました。幸いオーナーが現地を通りかかったので何とかチェックインが出来ましたが、このシステムを事前に確実に利用者に伝える必要があります。チェックイン後の問い合わせは電話で話す方法です。年配者には不向きです。ただし対応は親切でトラブルに対応してくれました。

Not the most ideal of locations

Great accommodation, but less than friendly neighbourhood for non-white folks. We stayed at Aquabelle thinking we wouldn't have to drive the 1.5 hours back to the city after visiting Phillip Island, but it turned out that the drive back to Rye Beach took longer (1hr 45 mins) than if we'd stayed in the citu.

A very pleasant stay for a family with young kids

The apartment was easy to find and was in a great location apartment 2 had a good view of the Beach front, apartment 6 however only faced the rear parking lot. The owner was very accommodating and when we arrived early she organised the cleaner to prepare the apartment whilst we went out to lunch. She also organised additional towel changes for my in-laws as they were more used to hotel style service. Noise was an issue during our stay as there was a very noisy dog and some crows in the grounds behind our room but nothing ear plugs won't block out. One suggestion would be the installation of in-room safes so we could lock up passports etc. I highly recommend Aquabelle if you intend to stay a week and explore the peninsula.

Awesome stay, nice apartment, good location

Excellent apartment. Family love this apartment and rated it tops amongst the hotels and apartments that we stayed during our recent 2 week trip to Melbourne and Sydney. The management has obviously put a lot of thought in making their guests comfy. The level of attention put into the planning of this is commendable. You guys rock! Would have been awesome if the property had lift access from their private car park to the apartments. Challenging to lug 2 big suitcases up a long flight of stairs to the apartment. For mobility impaired guests, it would be quite a big challenge for them to get to the apartment from the car park.

Great place to stay, close to the beach

It was our first time in Rye and we loved it! Aqua belle was a great place to stay, gorgeous with great views. We would love to stay again soon!
