"Goodiebag op de kamer ivm optredend artiest. Ontbijtbuffet was redelijk uitgebreid en werd goed bijgevuld. Kamer was pas om 1630 uur klaar ipv 15 uur, terwijl de concertzaal om 17 uur openging en het de bedoeling was om ons om te kleden. De receptionist was onaardig. Hij zei alleen " I don't understand Dutch!" , waar ik best begrip voor heb, maar deel dat op andere manier mede. Ook voor verlate kamer werden geen verontschuldigingen aangeboden, slechts de mededeling dat de kamer niet gereed was...
