The towels are folded but full of hair and the bed linens were not cleaned… full of stains and marks. Also very noisy and extremely hot which made it impossible to sleep through the night. I tried to call the front desk but the phone is not even working. No line at all. I dont even think cleaning products are being used to wash the surfaces as...

"The gave us a room that wasn’t what we paid for also we checked in then check out due to the smell of smoke like cigarettes.. I truly really feel like I should receive some type of refund back "

"Tried to take advantage of us and overcharge for parking at $250 without disclosing that anywhere. Had to call maintenance in multiple times to get tv to work and turn off a light late at night because there was no way to turn light off. Shuttle was non existent, valet was nowhere to be found, food was pre made and bar staff were hired from the outside and had very limited drink options, everything was tapped."

"Positives first: Hotel is clean and rooms are clean. Good amenities even in kitchen to make a quick bite. Breakfast is hot and good. Cons: when we arrived some maintenance about key is going on which can happen but the front desk lady was little rude in expressing and helping with that situation. Smell near elevator in floors. All in all it was good with restaurant all around the hotel and good nice walk for evening stroll."
