"A minha estadia no Lisboa Hotel ocorreu no ano de 2001, período em que fui trabalhar em Poços de Caldas. Quando retorno à cidade, procuro me hospedar neste hotel, onde conheço a família dos donos."

"There is zero management to speak to and no way to even speak.or meggage them crazy the bed had sperm and qubic hair on the bed and poor staff zero ability to do anything about so booked another hotel across the road , the room 300 had been used ! Some told me this is 4th a situation had happened and believed it a staff or shop worker etc as door are left open whilst not in use ! I will taking this expedia directly "

"Extra charges for no reason by this hotel. I booked my stay with hotels.com, checked in and paid for my stay. Upon checkout the front desk said I owed additional amount which was over double that I already paid hotels.com! I almost missed my flight going back and forth with the front desk. It was a complete nightmare. This hotel obviously is running a scam on foreign tourists by trying to change the hotel price after check in. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE"

"Razoavel, na época de frio o quarto é muito gelado, banheiro grande e o chuveiro não da conta. Talvez para negócios um dia, bom, porém para casal, ruim."

"O hotel é razoável, não vale o valor. Espaços pequenos, especialmente para essa lotação de julho. Piscina externa extremamente pequena para comportar adultos e crianças. Área Kids das piscinas deveria ser com água climatizada como da piscina de flor. Saguão onde acontecem as apresentações, muito pequeno também. Comida bem razoável, muitas coisas ruins na verdade, uma ou outra que era bem feita. Pizzas bem ruins... Cerveja Corona e Heineken só na cafeteria, ninguém ficava subindo e descendo pra...
