"Chegamos no quarto para uma estadia, nos colocaram num quarto bom porém com ar condicionado com defeitos. Percebemos quando chegamos mais tarde, disseram que nada poderia ser feito, não foi oferecido outro quarto. Disseram que levariam cobertas em 1 hora tivemos que insistir para levarem na hora. ..."
