"everyone was very accommodating and went above and beyond to make my 2 week stay as comfortable as possible. The breakfast staff and night time housekeeping (joshua and angelo) crew were definitely stand outs and deserve recognition for all their hard work. As I was there for work, the only issue was the wifi which was spotty most of the time. Other than that, I feel you can’t beat the value here. Great breakfast, good location, nice infinity pool, clean facilities, great in room massage and cool staff. i would definitely recommend for rest and relaxation."

"Superior location with five star quality for a family visit in the Las Pinas area. Our two bedroom suite was beautiful and enormous, allowing us to accommodate the many visitors that visited each day. The restaurant serves good Filipino food. Nearby are numerous fast food places, with shopping and high end restaurants in walking distance at Southmall. The location makes it easy for family throughout Metro Manila to visit us, and the staff was always polite and accommodating to our many visitors. The Excelsior is our hotel of choice for visiting our relatives in the Manila area."

"Room is big enough for a family to stay. Tho the soap and shampoo should be given each day. Needs to improve on racks for soap and shampoo in their bathroom. Also, the bathroom has stains on the tiles. Need to clean more. Tho we had a good stay, aircon cannot cool the entire area during summer. Ref is not working."

"There was water on the floor in the bathroom. The shower wouldn't work. We had no shower after our flight. We left next morning & went to another hotel which was very welcoming"
