Not enough parking. I came late and they got me a parking place for our car. When I checked out next day, they wanted 10 Euros for the parking. I don't like surprise charges that aren't stated before. Otherwise, great place to stay.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful experience with this hotel. Everything was clean, well-organized, and maintained to a high standard. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always willing to help. What impressed me the most was the hotel’s management. I accidentally made a non-refundable reservation, and the mistake was entirely mine. Despite that, I contacted the hotel, explained the situation, and they kindly agreed to cancel my booking without charging any fees. Their understanding, flexibility, and genuine respect for their guests truly exceeded my expectations. This level of customer service is rare to find nowadays. I sincerely appreciate their kindness and professionalism, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place that truly values its guests. I will definitely be happy to stay here in the future.

Wir hatten hier nur eine Zwischennacht gebucht. Das jeweils zweimal. Jedes Mal waren die Zimmer dreckig, fleckige Teppiche, verschmierte Wände, teilweise noch etwas an der Toilette und die Duschen waren auch nicht sehr sauber. Das Personal bot keine Hilfe an oder zeigte sich Einsichtig. Das Frühstück war wenigstens gut.
